Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stone Spun. Each piece is crafted with care, and we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

All Sales Are Final (Handmade & Custom Items)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Natural variations in stones, patterns, or wire designs

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, we will make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund to your original payment method

We may request the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement. In such cases, Stone Spun will cover return shipping costs.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please contact the carrier first to see if they can locate the package.

  • If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.

Refunds for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis once the carrier’s investigation is complete.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions

 

Order Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations may only be accepted within 2 hours of purchase.
If the order has already begun processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
